Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Phoenix Gameroom, the player site and staff Admin tools operated by Phoenix Gameroom (“Phoenix,” “we,” “us”). By creating a player account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who this is for

The public site is for players who want a player account, play credits, and online checkout. Staff Admin tools are for authorized Phoenix employees and contractors only. You may not use another person’s account or the Admin area without permission.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to create a player account or buy credits, and we verify your age and identity during signup before your account is fully activated. Availability may also be restricted in certain states based on evolving sweepstakes/gaming regulations - we check this at signup and at purchase, and we do not process purchases from a restricted location.

Player accounts

When you register we create a player account with a unique player number, tied to your name, email, optional phone, and password. Keep your password confidential. Message support promptly if you think someone else used your account.

Play credits

• Credits are for play at Phoenix Gameroom. They are not a bank deposit, stored-value card, or investment.
• Online purchases are processed through our payment processor (Cybersource); card details are tokenized there and are never stored by this site.
• After a successful payment, credits are queued to your player balance and confirmed by our team. You’ll be notified once they’re added.
• Redemptions, where offered, are requested by messaging support in-app and are reviewed before payout. We may decline a redemption that would take a balance below zero or that fails our verification checks.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site, attempt to access Admin tools without authorization, interfere with checkout or webhooks, scrape accounts, or use the service for fraud. We may freeze or close an account we reasonably believe is involved in abuse, chargebacks, or underage use.

Messaging

If you opt in, we may send account and (separately) promotional texts as described in the SMS Policy. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of buying credits or creating an account.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” Gameplay, availability, and promotions can change. We are not liable for lost play time, indirect damages, or issues caused by your device, network, or our third-party payment processor, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for later visits.
